1. For Single Plugin & Theme
You will get refund if the plugin that you have purchased is not Working only before 24 hours of your purchased ( It doesn’t mean, if you not getting your expected result after using it, refund will be given only if plugin have any technical or installation error ). But if the same plugin found is found to be working for others then you will not get refund.
2. For Memberships
You will get the refund of your Membership within 48 hours of your purchase after deducting the sale price/s of working Plugins, themes and other stuff that you have got or downloaded.
